At Mywebbuild, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival as shipped by Mywebbuild

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or altered
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Final sale or clearly marked non-returnable items

2. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@mywebbuild.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  4. Upon approval, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  5. Securely pack the item and drop it off with the designated carrier

4. Return Shipping

Mywebbuild covers all return shipping costs for eligible returns. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label at no charge to you. We do not accept unauthorized returns or items sent without a pre-approved return authorization.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account (typically 3–5 business days)

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to our error or the shipping process, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will prioritize your case and provide a full refund or replacement at our discretion, with no return required in qualifying cases.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@mywebbuild.com.
